Here at Pogie’s, we believe every great experience begins with you and your group. Every group that comes out with us is unique and each person in your group could have a different idea of adventure. We have sought out how to accommodate everyone’s liking by implementing an ‘a la carte’ way of booking a day on the water with us.

Your unique tour can include everything from fishing, cruising through our beautiful estuaries, bird watching, shell, shark teeth, fossil, and sand dollar hunting, clamming, crabbing, tubing, playing on secluded barrier islands, touring up the White Oak River, and sunset cruising along our quaint Swansboro waterfront.

Boat charters:

$75 an hour - covers up to 6 people- boat and captain included. You choose what we do. Shelling, shark teeth hunting, sand dollar finding, just cruising, eco tours, sand bar hopping, bird watching, sunsets, sunrises, clamming, and more included in this price. Once booked we will reach out to get details on what you want during your hours.

Part of or all of your group wanting to fish, go crabbing, or tubing during your booked hours? No problem!!

We’ve got simple add-ons for that. Priced per person participating. Not gonna participate, that’s fine, you can watch the others enjoy and not add on your slot.

Bottom fishing- $10 per person fishing extra

(family oriented, pan fish, lots of action)

Inshore fishing- $25 per person fishing extra

(Bigger fish, redfish, sheepshead, black drum, trout)

Tubing- $30 per person extra

( Slow or fast, you choose the speed )

Booking Options Explained-

Before booking tips-

  • Each booking is for up 6 people

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for any cancelation made 7-14 days prior to departure date

  • Full refunds will be given to any cancelation 15 or more days prior

  • cancelations within 1-6 days prior will get a 50 percent refund in the form of store credit

  • Join our seasoned captains as they guide you around the beautiful local inshore channels and marshes on the hunt for Red Drum, Sea Trout, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Flounder, and more depending on the time of the year.

  • -Croakers, Spots, Hogfish, blow fish, and more. This trip is designed for the angler who wants to have a fish fry, catch fish no matter the size, and for the kids/family’s just getting into.

  • our captain will cruise you through the local marshes, waterways, and estuaries looking for all sorts of wildlife like ospreys, eagles, dolphins, rays, and more.

  • Break out the sand toys we are heading to some of the most popular swimming holes and islands

  • Seeking a thrill? Or just a gentle ride, we can handle it.

  • This trip will start out right here at the mouth of the river, where you will cruise around jones island before handing up river. Once up river the fun begins, looking for owls, beavers, gators, and rolling gar.

  • Start with wild horses in beautiful historic Beaufort NC, shelling, and coastal history. We will then work our way down Bogue Sound where we will enjoy a lunch on an island. Finishing the day up in the Swansboro area with sand dollars, shark teeth and sunset/ steamed seafood dinner.
